Meet Dr. Sneha Pradeep (PT) our dedicated founder who commenced her practice in 2016. Sneha holds a Master's degree in Orthopedic Manual Physiotherapy from KLE University.

Driven by a passion for healthcare, Sneha has conducted multiple studies in physiotherapy. Her expertise is recognized through publications of articles in the field of manual therapy & Orthopedics in reputed national journals. Another research led by her received accolades at the Medinspire international conference.

Sneha gained valuable experience at renowned institutions such as Jupiter Hospital in Mumbai and an orthopedic and sports clinic in Bangalore. Her specialization lies in treating diverse trauma cases and guiding patients towards optimal health from challenging diagnoses.

To stay at the forefront of her field, Sneha constantly upgrades her treatment techniques through research and conferences. She holds certifications in advanced methods, including taping, manual therapy, neural flossing, clinical pilates, and functional movement correction.

Sneha's approach to patient care is rooted in empathy and meticulous attention. She recognizes and leverages her patients' strengths and abilities, empowering them to reach their fullest potential.

Passionate about pain neuroscience and trauma rehabilitation, Sneha actively engages in comprehensive research in these areas, incorporating the latest advancements into her practice. Beyond her professional pursuits, Sneha finds joy in reading, playing music, and exploring new destinations.
